How often should I use it?

Three to five sessions per week works for most people. Daily during heavy training blocks. The app adjusts recommended frequency based on your readiness, training load, and goals.

Do I need a wearable?

No. The app works with manual check-ins (sleep, feel, training). A wearable — Whoop, Oura, Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit — sharpens the personalization but isn't required.

What if I have an injury or condition?

Protocol is a recovery and wellness system, not a medical treatment. If you have a specific medical condition, talk to your doctor before adding any new recovery modality. The app lets you flag conditions so protocols adapt accordingly.

Is there real science behind this?
